We do not offer refunds or sizing exchanges on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. All orders, including pre-orders and on-hand items, require a delivery period of 4-8 weeks. You acknowledge and accept this delivery time frame upon placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@monarxclothing.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if the damage is confirmed, provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement.

- Do not return any items without contacting us first.

- Refunds for damaged items are not available; replacements or store credit will be provided.

By understanding and agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or recall of funds through your bank for reasons such as "Product Unacceptable" or any other related reasons. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in MonarxClothing prevailing in any counter-dispute submitted to your bank.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will assume that you no longer want or need the package. After 14 days from the date the package is returned to us, if you have not contacted us via email at support@monarxclothing.com to arrange for re-shipment or address correction, we will consider the transaction complete and no further action will be taken.
